The Check Index QSX is a Quillix Server Extension (QSX) that ensures that business critical indexing is complete before allowing further processing. The QSX can be used on both Batch Profile and Document Type process maps.
The QSX Configuration Dialog provides settings for the Document Type to monitor along with the field(s) that should be monitored. The QSX Configuration Dialog is accessed by either double-clicking on an instance of the QSX on a Capture process map, or by right clicking on an instance of the QSX on a Capture process map, and clicking on Configure.
Document Type |
Tells the QSX what Document Type to monitor. When used on a Batch Profile, there will probably be multiple options. If multiple documents of varying Document Types are found in a Batch, those documents that don't match what is set here will be ignored by the QSX (the ignored case will process through the Complete path). When used on a Document Type, the QSX will show only the parent Document Type in the list. |
Index Field |
Used to select an Index Field to monitor. The selection must be completed by using the 'Add' button. |
Enforce Picklist Values |
Tells the QSX to ensure the value of the Index Field is a value that is in the picklist. This option is enabled only when the selected Field's Display Type is set to Picklist. |
Verbose Logging |
Sends all tracing of the QSX to the Quillix Capture Report log. This tracing will normally be seen only when the TraceFile registry entry is enabled. |
