Assigning Users to Processes and Queues

A User or Group account must be assigned to one or more processes and queues in order to perform tasks in the Quillix Web Client.  Processes and Queues are assigned to User or Group accounts from the Users Panel in the Quillix Process Manager Application. The Quillix Process Permissions control the various Batch Profiles and Document Types a user may select, and the Queues which a user may access.

To set Quillix Process Permissions:

1. Select the desired User or Group from the list in the Users Panel.
2. Check the appropriate Batch Profiles, Document Types and Queues to grant access for the selected user or group.
3. Click the save icon on the toolbar.

• Batch Profiles - Batch Profile Permissions specify the Batch Profiles that are available to a user when creating new batches in the Quillix Client.

• Document Types - Document Type Permissions specify the Document Types that are available to a user when creating new documents in the Quillix Client.

• Queues - Queue Permissions specify the Queues that a user may access from the Quillix Client.
