The OXI Import input source is installed by the main Quillix installation program, which is usually shipped on CD-ROM. During the installation process the installation wizard prompts you to select which Quillix Server Extensions (QSX) to install. The OPEX input source is one of the available options in the list of QSX modules.
The installation program will perform the following tasks for you:
By default, the OPEX input source DLL is installed in the following folder: C:\Program Files\Quillx2\Input\QXOpexInput.dll
Remember that the OPEX input source must be installed onto any computer that is going to run Quillix Process Manager and/or a Quillix Service. Quillix Process Manager must be able to access the input source to allow a user to configure it. A Quillix Server will need to access the input source at run time.
