Indexing Documents

The Quillix Index Panel is designed to provide a way to move through a batch of un-indexed pages, creating new documents from pages as necessary, and appending pages to existing documents as necessary. Once the entire batch has been indexed, you can specify that the batch is complete by clicking the Complete button on the Case Toolbar.  This will signal the batch to move to the next point in the capture workflow process as defined by an Administrator.

The traditional method of manual indexing is to perform the organization of document pages and assignment of document indexes in one step from the Index Panel.  As an option, the process can be divided into separate classification and indexing steps by using the Classify Panel.
