Optional RightFax Index Mapping

The RightFax Server collects information for every fax it receives. Use the Select Indexes tab if you want to capture any of this information using the Quillix Fax for RightFax input source.

The information Quillix Fax for RightFax captures will be initially stored in the Quillix Batch as a batch-level index value. To pass that value into a document index field during batch processing, the Quillix document type used to classify the fax as a document must include document index fields with specific names. Use the table below to learn about each type of fax information, the correct document type field name required to capture that data as a document index, and a brief description of the data.

Number of Pages	NUMPAGES	This is the number of pages sent in the fax. Each faxed page enters the Quillix system as a single TIFF image.
Destination Fax Number	TO_FAXNUM	This is the fax number of the intended fax recipient.
Destination Voice Number	TO_CONTACTNUM	This is the voice phone number of the intended fax recipient.
Destination Name	TO_NAME	This is the individual name associated with the receiving fax number.
Destination Company Name	TO_COMPANY	This is the company name associated with the receiving fax number.
Destination Location Name	TO_CITYSTATE	These are the abbreviations of the destination city and state.
Source Name	FROM_NAME	This is the name of the sender.
Source Voice Number	FROM_PHONENUM	This is the phone number associated with the fax sender.
Source Fax Number (DID #)	DID	This is the sender's Direct Inward Dial number.
Source Generic Voice Number	OPERATORNUM	This is a phone number associated with the sender.
Time Fax Created	FAX_DATETIME	This is the time and date that RightFax received the fax.

Refer to the Configuring Quillix Fax for RightFax procedure, steps one through four, to learn how to access the Quillix Fax for RightFax configuration dialog box through a Quillix server group.

On the Quillix Fax for RightFax configuration dialog box, click the Select Indexes tab.
Using your mouse, click on all the names of the fax information you want to capture with the fax images.
Click Apply to save your changes.

Any changes you make to the input source will not take effect until all the Quillix Servers in the server group are stopped and restarted.
