Testing the Connection Path to a FAXCOM Mailbox

1. In the Fax for Biscom FAXCOM configuration dialog box, click on the Diagnostics tab.
2. Use the drop-down list to select from the users currently assigned to this Quillix Fax input source.
3. If the UNC path to the FAXCOM Queue share is correct and the user selected is an actual user set up for that queue, you should see a list of all the faxes that are held in the mailbox. If you see no faxes in the list and no message has appeared, then the mailbox is currently empty.
4. To refresh the fax list while using the same mailbox user, click Get Faxes.
